When is Channel 7 in Denver going to be available again? We cannot get the NBA games anywhere. How do I get a credit on my bill until this situation is settled?

@user_sw5uq2 This is a great question. I myself watch Channel 7 in Denver. Comcast’s agreement with E. W. Scripps (Scripps) to carry its programming expired Tuesday, March 31 at 5:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). As a result, Comcast is no longer able to carry its programming, including any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand content.
As a work around I use the Denver 7 app to watch on my Smart TV.
If you pay an itemized BTV (Broadband TV) Fee you're eligible for a credit. If you do not pay that fee my apologies as you would not receive a credit for those channels.
