Channel 1253

I have been an Xfinity customer for many years. These past 6 months customer service 

is so bad. 
I signed up for the MLB app so that I could watch the Detroit Tigers game today on channel 1253. 
But of course message is “sorry we’re having trouble connecting.”

This is the worst customer service ever!!!

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you recently signed up for the MLB App, and you are having issues accessing content online. To confirm, do you recall if it was Xfinity Extra Innings? If you attempt to watch content on the MLB app directly, do you have any issues?
