Changing TV Plans is Impossible

My current plan is ending and I called to find out what my options are.

Turns out I don't really have any as they are now changing to a choose your own adventure approach with no deals like the past.

I sat on the phone for over an hour with a rep only to get zero assistance.

XFINITY - I need to change my channel lineup to reduce your ridiculous costs and I can't even do that online.

Can someone there please reach out so I can reduce my monthly fees through reduction in channels?
