Changing shipping address

Can’t seem to figure out how to change the shipping address for the module. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone or any real person in the chat either.

In most cases, equipment can only be shipped to the address where services are connected. What type of equipment is being shipped? What is the reason you're trying to change the shipping address?

@XfinityEmilyB​ I had signed up for xfinity WiFi services but won’t be moving into the apartment for another week, I meant to ship it to where I live now and then just bring it with me and set it up once I’m in my new place. Are you able to assist with getting the shipping address changed? 
It’s just the WiFi module

I wasn’t able to find out a way to direct message you guys after messing with this for 20 minutes, kinda sad that you make it that difficult just to contact you directly. It was much easier just to work with the carrier to change the shipment, which does not give me a good feeling as a new customer.
