Changing service and got an error message
After spending over two hours online -first with the assistant and then with an agent- to change my internet service, when I clicked to approve the change from the “review email” ,
I received an error message: XCP GraphQL Status API Failure.
I have screenshots of the exact offer I approved before the system crashed

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
