Changing providers

Typed out a whole paragraph of an issue and it completely deleted suspiciously after I added the annoyed at costumer service tag. I'll be changing providers and [Edited: "Solicitation"]. I'll be calling to have my issue resolved. As I want the $20 I was overcharged for back but I will not continue to feed into this chat [Edited: "Language"].
