Changing Plans
I've confirmed that I want to change my internet speed plan to 1.2gig at least 5 times this past week, and my account still keeps going back to the 100mbs up to 1200 speed. I don't know how many times I have to update my account and if it's even going through. I've already been sent plenty of confirmation emails from Xfinity, but still, there's no change. Or there is and then it just ends up going back to the 100mbs. This issue has been causing a lot of problems and starting to lose faith in Xfinity. Just this past weekend, my parents we're blatantly lied to at one of the stores saying they would be getting a cheaper deal creating a new account with the "New Customer Promo". The agent over there said they would be keeping the same internet speed which was 1.2gig, but it clearly shows on the account the 100mbs speed up to 1200. Which is totally different. Felt like they were just trying to take advantage of them to have a new "customer sign up" to reach their sales quota, which is just predatory customer service. I went over there myself to cancel the new account, and to go back to their old one. Do better Xfinity. Just fix my account and have better customer service training for your stores. Thank you.
