changing plan
Hello,
The customer service was not helpful at all. Most of the time they don't know what they are doing. I only wanted to change my plan but he could not and told you should talk to a virtual assistant. How it is possible that a live agent can not do this. If they can not change my plan I need to cancel my plan. No one on the phone or shop can help. It is disappointing.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
