Changing plan

I have tried over and over again to change my plan and it consistently goes back to the plan i have now.  I need to reduce the amount of this bill and it's so frustrating.  I am locked into getting xfinity internet, but I am seriously considering cancelling everything else.  The problem is I can't do that.  Just help me!

 Thank you so much for using our Xfinity Forums for help with your plan. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with our online tools to change your plan. Sometimes, a service or plan is no longer available or information may require some updating. Now that you have created your post here you may see the option to send a direct message to us. Please include your full name and service address. If you are still not able to DM please let me know. 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
