Changing package, lower cost bundle!

I have read other requests the same. I have been trying for months to reduce my expenses by changing Comcast bundle to lower one. Ha!  It always says 'Sorry not available' to change on website. By phone, the wait time is so long and they run circles around your head that by the time I was done last time, I ended up with same pkg, promised a lower bundle price but never got it. In fact, Comcast took away channels, many! but my cost still went up.  There is a link to 'manage my account' but Comcast soes not want us to, it would lower their profit. They add late fees, people already hurting financially. Can't afford Comcast but they wont let you change to afford it!  It is all the extra$$ they want, don't care how they get it. Tv messes up daily, phone goes dead, slow internet(HIGH speed!?).
