Changing new acct open date

Hi I transferred my service form my new address to a new one. I called yesterday to close our old acct and open new one and the agent onto the open date for service as 12/15.. I would like to start service at mt new address today 12\14. I have equipment already just need to complete and finalize account it seem. Can i get support with this?
