changing my transfer service/move date

I had set my change service date incorrectly, and need it adjusted to be at a later date.  I need service to remain at my current/old address for a longer period than I had initially entered. The automated customer service is no help.  I have been unable to reach a live person over the phone to explain this to.  I have tried changing it via the website to a later date, but was brought to a page that said, "Please call the worklist helpdesk to submit this order" etc, with no number listed.  It's crucial that I have internet connectivity available for my work.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
