Changing my move date
I recently scheduled my move and service transfer but I have to change the day. I've tried to figure it out but I keep going in circles and the Xfinity assistant keeps sending me to the "Schedule a Move" section. I just need the change the day, I don't want to mess anything up as I need to be up and running for work ASAP in my new place. Can someone please help me??

@user_b767e7 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. We can certainly assist you in modifying your transfer of service. We will need you to send us a Private Message with your full name and address to access your account. Here are some instructions on how to send us a PM in case you need them:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
