Changing my internet plan

Hello, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. The Gigabit Plus speed of 1.2 TB does not come with unlimited data. If you decrease your internet speed to the Superfast option your new  download speed would be 800 Mbps. You are welcome to use your own modem and if you are looking to add unlimited data to your internet service the monthly rate for that would be $30 a month in most areas. To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
