Changing move date

Hello,

I setup my date for moving for tomorrow the 5/19 but meant to set the time for the crossover in service at both locations to the 20th, is there any way to change the cross over date so I can have service at both locations during the move?

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

Thanks for the additional information. Part of the transfer service is that any existing account does need to be disconnected before the new installation can take place. 

In order to keep the old location active, I would need to cancel the transfer process and set it up as just having two accounts active. This also means if there is any contract or early termination fees at the old address, these would be charged to you instead of waived during the transfer process. 

Can I get your name and the full addresses including City, State, and Zip and I can look into that for you?
