Changing in-store pickup location

I am moving to another state and my pickup location is there. But I would like to just visit my current local store to pick up my device. Is it okay to do this?

That won't be a problem, hermionedanger. Be sure to let our team in-store know that a shipment has already been sent and they will scan in a new modem for you to use. Then, when you get home and have a chance you can return the one that was shipped. You can use the Xfinity Store Locator to book an in-store appointment and skip the wait.
