Changing due date for mobile
You know for a multi billion dollar company, it is absolute complete [Edited: Language] that you cannot change your due date on mobile. Why does it have to be the 26th? What if the 26th doesn’t work for everyone?
If you are gonna be so hard on a date then give your customers the opportunity to choose from 3 dates. One at the beginning, middle, and end of the month. That way customers can have the flexibility they need and make it so they can only change the due date twice a year. Simple problem solved. Other than not being able to change my date the service is great
