Changing business to residential
Im a new tenant in my apartment adu and the previous person had a business account set up. I called support to change it to a residential and they could not change it over the phone i was directed to go to the store and return the previous tenants business equipment and i was assured they would be able to fix it in person. Went and waited an hour at the store returned the equipment and they were not able to fix it, the person at the store started a ticket to fix it, however after i waited for the ticket to be resolved it turned out he put the wrong address. So i called support again and did another ticket. Is there anyway i can speed this up?
