Changing Business Address to Residential

Hello,

I will be a new tenant at the following address:

(Edit: personal information)

The owner recently built a new house on this property by taking down a business structure. However, Xfinity currently lists the address as a business location, even though it is now a residential home.

In order for me to set up service at my new home, could you please update your system to reflect this as a residential address?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
