Change/View Plan & chat with support

How? There should be a BIG button on the page that starts a chat session with support (real support, not chatbot [Edited: "Language"]), especially after I ask for an agent 5 times. I want to talk to someone about my plan and figure out what I should really be getting charged every month instead of noticing exceeding larger and larger charges every month. Improve your services, its just shameful.
