Changed plan on website - no communication since

Good morning,

I changed my plan yesterday on the website, kept internet & mobile, but changed my cable plan. I got a confirmation screen at the end of it, but never received an email confirming the change and when I go to my account online there is nothing about a pending change or an order and everything is still the same. Not sure where to go from here?
