Changed my email address with Xfinity but service-related emails still going to old email address

I updated my email address with Xfinity a while back.  Bills are going to the new email but some account-related emails still go to the old address (e.g., "We're committed to your privacy).  How do I get these to my new email address?  I have looked all over the site, including "Manage Xfinity communication preferences".  Thanks.

Glad you reached out, I am happy to assist. Did you change your user email address and preferred contact email as well? Here is a link on making that change https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/add-modify-alternate-email-address
