Change TV/Internet Plan to Internet Only

Hello.  I can no longer afford my current plan and I would like to downgrade my Xfinity services from Internet & TV to Internet Only.  I'm unable to remove the TV service in the Change Plan section of my account. Would you please help with this and let me know my options?  Thank you!

Thank you for your quick response, however I am unable to locate the “ Direct Message” Icon.  I am communicating from my phone.  Would you please assist me in finding the icon?  Thank you.

I think that I found the correct icon and I have sent the requested message.
