I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I would be more than happy to assist you today. The best option to switch your service would be to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-266-2278 and follow the prompts to speak to an agent. They will process both the disconnection of your old internet plan and the connection of the new Now Internet plan. Regrettably, we are not able to accept personal information in the chat to set up your new account with the Now Internet service.
