Under normal circumstances, you should be able to manage or change the dates of your Seasonal Convenience Plan by going to https://inseasonal.cable.comcast.com and logging in with you primary Xfinity ID. Have you already tried to change your return date there? Please let me know if you are encountering any issues, and we can go from there. I will be standing by.
