Change store pick-up

Hello,

Xfinity ID:
Service Address:
I recently placed a pick-up order at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
Are you able to update pick-up to another location instead? I would like to pick-up at [Edited: "Personal Information"] if that’s possible. 

I forgot to update store during my transaction. Please assist. Thank you.

Hello user_jeb3hu , If you picked a specific store during your order that store will typically have equipment set aside for you. But if you need to go to a different location that is fine. They all have equipment. Just bring your ID and account number to the other store and they will pull up the order and grab equipment. But there is nothing on our end that we can update, you are free to go to any location within your same state.
