Change shipping to pick up

I am set to have equipment shipped but can pick it up. It’s Saturday night. Certainly my order hasn’t gone anywhere.

Hey there @user_a273r6! Thanks for reaching out! I understand wanting to get your equipment as soon as possible! If 

the order is already in progress, unfortunately we can't switch it to a store pickup.
However, you have two great options:
  1. Check the Status: You can log into the Xfinity App or the Shipping Status page to see if a tracking number has been generated. If it has, it’s already staged for the carrier.
  2. Pick up anyway: If you don't want to wait for the delivery, you can actually visit your local Xfinity Store for equipment. Just a heads up: If you do this, the shipped equipment will still arrive at your home, you'll just need to simply return the extra equipment to avoid being charged for unreturned equipment.
