I just signed up for xfinity and the equipment is being shipped to my new address before I move in, can I change my shipping address to my current one?

That is a great question! I am sorry to hear that the equipment is going to be there before your move in date. Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address as the equipment must be sent to the service address. Are you able to contact the current owners to see if they can hold the equipment for you or you can change the delivery option to be a store pick up by visiting a local service center. How would I change the delivery option to pick up?
