Change shipping address

I just signed up for xfinity and the equipment is being shipped to my new address before I move in, can I change my shipping address to my current one?

That is a great question! I am sorry to hear that the equipment is going to be there before your move in date. Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address as the equipment must be sent to the service address. Are you able to contact the current owners to see if they can hold the equipment for you or you can change the delivery option to be a store pick up by visiting a local service center. You can do this by visiting a store, calling 1-800-266-2278 or by sending us a message!

Recently, Yoy shipped internet speed equipment.

You sent my equipment to my old address I changed a long time ago.

Oh no. @user_6fc56a I apologize equipment was shipped to a old address. I am here and will investigate. Also please remove or edit your post displaying your personal information and send it over peer to peer message.

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it
