I want to upgrade my internet from BLAST to the Gigabyte.  It keeps circling with the Chat Assistant back to show offers then I'm Sorry - Please contact one of our agents and yet...there's no way to contact an agent.  The store is closed due to the pandemic - Blast! is not strong enough for working from home....
