I am trying to change plan and cannot get hold of an agent. How I get to a live agent to talk through our needs. Online plan change process is not very helpful.

I was just about to ask the same question. It seems to be virtually impossible to talk to an actual person. The web pages for managing my plan only have options to add things, not to downgrade. I'm getting frustrated with Comcast. The bill goes up 2 or 3 dollars every month. It's becoming unaffordable. And why did they add Netflix? I didn't ask for it, and I don't want to pay for it.
