Can’t see or change plans. Posting on phone because unable to do so in web on PC (another known but unfixed problem). Second post because first post doesn’t show up (yeah, another problem). Sheesh…

Hello @user_bywe64, and sorry to hear you are having trouble reviewing plan options. I would be happy to troubleshoot what the problem is, and if needed I can help review offers as well.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

That link was to help find the lineup that provides what you enjoy without going over to know what to look for. That is in case you want us to look over offers for you, you know what lineup you want us to look into. As for the manage your plan option, are you using the primary ID while connected to the home WiFi when you are running into problems looking? Do you get any error messages of any kind?

What do you mean by unlock? I can troubleshoot the issue, but if it's something like password issue ect, you would need help from our CSA team at 1 (888) 565-4329, as that is the only one who can assist with account access issues regarding passwords, or changing things like email and phone numbers connected to login ID's. I can certainly go over options with you though if you like.
