Change plan but keep same equipment

I am looking to change my plan while keeping my same equipment and cannot do that online.  How may I connect with a live agent?  Thank you.

Chris679 Thank you so much for coming to our Xfinity community forums for help with your plan options. I will let you know some of our older TV boxes are no longer supported and any change to your promotion would include an update to any of those devices. If you have any of the TV boxes that fall in that category the system will pick up on that and help with the upgrade. There is no extra fees that would be added to your billing if your old boxes are returned, so it would be an even exchange. We would be happy to help with any needed equipment upgrades as well as help remove the Xfi if you do not need its benefits.
