Change plan and refund services I do not have

I just looked at my bill for the first time in over a year and noticed that I am paying for TV and TV equipment. I do not have TV with you guys and I do not have a TV box or remote. I also lost the phone the first month for the mobile account and haven't ever used the mobile plan. I need to talk to someone about changed to internet only and getting a refund for the services I have been overpaying for since the start of my contract. I never received a TV equipment box or remote. I also have never used Starz and do not know why it is being charged to me monthly.
