Change ownership of xfinity account

How do I start the process of transferring ownership of an xfinity account online? I am moving out but my roommate is staying and I want them to have the account. I want the process to be all online.

All the page says is to contact you guys. The virtual assistant is useless and the page does not redirect me to a form to fill out or a ticket. I do not want to call. How else would I contact xfinity?
