Change order

I would like to change for my gateway to be changed from being delivered to pick up in store

@user_j19s3y Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Have you received a tracking number for your gateway yet? If so, you can just go into your local store and pick up a gateway. Once a tracking number has been generated, it will ship no matter what.

Xfinity, your order handling needs to be improved. We need the ability to make changes to orders. The current process is horrible.
