Change my seasonal plan

I did the seasonal plan when I was away from home, and I’ve back now, but the WiFi doesn’t work, it makes me to pay the seasonal one for next month, so how can I change my seasonal plan back to the normal one? I already tried the website that you provided to the other users, but it doesn’t work.
