Change my NOW Mobile service address

I have a NOW Mobile prepaid account. My service address has been locked to my old house for a year. Phone agents cannot fix it. Please manually update my Service Location identity to my new address.

HI there, @user_aumm27! Thanks for being a NOW Mobile customer! We have a dedicated team that helps with the service. They can be found in the Xfinity Assistant chat at this link, https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=skill.cxao.now.entry.

I wanted to share the NOW Mobile FAQ page, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-mobile-faqs. The NOW Mobile service address is associated with your Xfinity internet or NOW internet account. When you transfer Xfinity internet to a new address or set up a new NOW internet account at a new address, the NOW Mobile service will also reflect that. Are you using Xfinity internet or NOW internet?

I am in South Carolina and don't have access to the Xfinity Internet where I live, but I was able to keep my mobile service. And it's because I moved to South Carolina that I need to update my address for NOW Xfinity mobile. It's been a year and my address still hasn't been updated. As mentioned above, phone agents (and chat) were unable to change it. I was pointed to this forum and told that you could do a manual address change so that my account reflects my current address.

I also need help pushing a cellular feature code to my line. A phone representative claimed they added the Personal Hotspot add-on to my NOW Mobile line, but the option remains greyed out on my phone hardware. Please check my provisioning profile and force-push the hotspot entitlement token to my SIM card."

Thank you for letting me know you don't have NOW internet or Xfinity internet at the new place. I hope you have been enjoying it there! You will need to reach out directly to the dedicated NOW team for further assistance with this, @user_aumm27. They are the only ones that have access to the NOW accounts to further help with this.
