Hello, user_09y6oj! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! We certainly understand wanting to get the equipment sooner! When you place the order to ship there is a really small window to have the shipment cancelled. However, we can certainly have a look into this and see what our options are. Most likely you will be able to still pick the equipment at the store and then you just return the other equipment once you receive it. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
