Change internet plan

I want to change my current 1000 Mbps internet plan to 300 Mbps. How can I do that?

Hey there, user_v4iky6! You can get the plan you need faster than you can believe online via My Account. No new equipment is needed if you're using an Xfinity Gateway going from 1000 Mbps to the 300 Mbps plan.
