change internet plan - existing customer - don't want bundle services

I want to change my plan, as you've upped by bill by another $25 a month.  I am a long time customer and I can't get through to a live agent.  This is a nightmare.  Why aren't there any live agents to talk to?  I just want to change my internet only.  I don't want the bundling services of TV, cell, internet; as your phone service does not even work in my rural area.  I just want internet service ONLY - yet, I see no plans available for just internet service on your website.  P.S.  Your AI assistant is horrible and does not work correctly.

From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
