Change Internet Plan and Keep Current Add-Ons

I am trying to change my internet plan, while keeping the add-ons I currently have (Additional IP Address and Unlimited Data).  While waiting for pages to load, the website keeps timing out and logging me out.  Is there a different way to make this change?
