Your contribution is what makes this a great place! I have been in your same shoes, when you order something only to need to make changes to the dates. I can help! Depending on when the order was placed, and if the item has shipped or not, will determine if we can change the date. If you already received notification of the item being shipped, then you can use the UPS Change Delivery Options link, to change the date. Did you already get the shipping details?

Hello! Thank you for responding to my question. No I have not received shipping details as my shipping date is 9/3. I have only received confirmation. I will need the box on 9/3 so I thought I should change the shipping date to earlier so that I am able to receive is on 9/4 or 9/5 at the latest as I start work on 9/6 and will need my internet by then.

I appreciate you letting me know, and I hope the new place is perfect for you. I can update the order to ship sooner, no problem. Keep in mind if needed you can always pick up equipment from one of our many retail locations, I have had to do this in a pinch. Here is a store locator if needed.
We will need to move this to a private conversation to continue. Below are steps to send a Private Message.
To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
