user_4p6ogj That is a great question! We do have a move site set up to help get your account and services transfer to a new address. Have you already tried the Xfinity Move site?

No one is moving so I did not use the moving app. I actually own the house and pay all the bills. That is why I want the bill to come to my address.

Basically you want to have your brother's bill sent to your address so that you can pay it. Is that correct?
