@user_inf5ub Thanks for making us aware that you're having signal loss issues via Forums. Calls can fail to connect for different reasons. If you have trouble making calls on your mobile device, there are a few things you can try on your own.
Check these things first: Make sure your phone is not in airplane mode. Toggle airplane mode: Turn airplane mode on, wait about 10 seconds, and turn it off. Check the phone's signal strength. In remote areas, you might not have a strong enough signal to make calls. Restart the device: A simple reboot forces your phone to re-register with the cellular network. Reset network settings: This deletes saved WiFi and Bluetooth networks but is highly effective for fixing cellular glitches. Check for system updates: Check if there are pending updates for your device.
I had already done all the suggestions except the network settings reset. I'd rather not have to re-setup all those again. Is that the only other solution?
@user_inf5ub Thanks for confirming that you've done most of these troubleshooting steps. Some devices struggle when moving between 5G and LTE coverage areas. Temporarily change the network mode to:
LTE Only 4G/LTE Preferred
Monitor whether the signal stabilizes. This can help identify a problematic tower handoff issue.

@user_inf5ub Not to worry, we can help you navigate to the correct settings! Can you please confirm the make and model of the cellphone you are experiencing this issue with?
