Here's how to request your security PIN through the Xfinity app: *Use your Xfinity ID and password to sign on to the Xfinity app and select the Services tab at the bottom. *Select Mobile Lines and Data Usage under Mobile. *Select the mobile number you want to transfer to a new service provider. *Scroll down and tap Transfer your number. *Chose the number from the drop-down menu, so we can send you a text message with your security PIN. *Tap Send My PIN.
