Cell Phone Return

I need to return a cell phone.

I have been trying to do but I have been provided with a shipping label to do so.

I was given a ticket #

yesterday.

I was told that I would be emailed shipping label.

I have not gotten it as of yet.

scott-s1, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. It can take a few days for the ticket to be worked. If you would like us to take a look and see what the status of the ticket is, we can do that in a DM. 

Please send us a DM with your name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.
