Cell phone locked

Hi, 

I’m having issues unlocking my wife’s cell phone. It is paid off. My ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I’m planning to change carriers and phone is still locked. I’ve called Xfinity mobile a few times and was on the call for hours total. Rep told me I didn’t buy my wife’s phone at Xfinity. We had to prove we bought it and find our order number from 4 years ago. I’m a dissatisfied customer.

You should also see an email confirmation when the team resolves your ticket. I see that you sent a direct message so I will continue there. Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
