Cell phone issue

A CSR fixed my voicemail but disabled another feature. I have called and twice, both times call was answered by someone in India. After trouble shooting for over an hour and not being able to fix the issues I was hung up on both times I called.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Never received a response. Switched to Verizon! Later Xfinity!
