Caught in a loop of modem reset.

Yesterday (7 July 2025) I called Xfinity about terrible Internet.  I allowed them to do a modem reset, but it hasn’t happened.  I have reset my modem twice, but when I call I am caught in a loop of waiting for a modem reset and I can not talk to an agent about anything, not technical support, billing nor disconnecting service.
