Case [Edit]

Hello,

I have already canceled my Xfinity Internet service and returned the equipment. However, I just received an email stating that I will be charged again in November.

I am disputing this charge. My service has been canceled, and the equipment has been returned. Please verify my cancellation date, confirm that my account is closed, and stop any further recurring charges.

If the November charge is for service after my cancellation date, I do not authorize it and request that it be removed. If any final balance is owed for service before cancellation, please provide an itemized explanation.

Please confirm in writing that my service is canceled and that no further monthly Internet charges will be billed to my account.

thank you

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
